TORRINS - Music Instruments Return Policy

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Products are only eligible for return if they are still in brand-new condition with the original packaging and all accompanying items.

Eligibility for Return

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, it is eligible for return or replacement.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not accepted for open-box deliveries or items that have been unboxed and used.

Return Process

  • Condition Requirements: All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact. The product should show no signs of wear, tear, or damage.
  • Verification Process: TORRINS may request photos or videos to verify the condition of the product before approving a return. If the return is approved, the refund or replacement process will begin. It is advised for the user to take a video of the product when opening the box (non-open box deliveries) for verification purposes.

Shipping and Refunds

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Refund Processing:
    • For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD): The refund amount will be credited to the bank account shared by the customer within 7 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
    • For all other payment methods, refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days according to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • No Returns on Open Box Delivery: Open-box sales are final, and no returns will be accepted.
  • Exclusions: Digital products (Such as keyboards/electric drum kits etc), are not eligible for return unless defective. Such defects are to be reported within 24 hours of the delivery.
