TORRINS - Music Instruments Shipping Policy

At TORRINS, we aim to provide a seamless and secure shopping experience. Our shipping policy ensures that your musical instruments and accessories are delivered safely and efficiently to your doorstep.

1. Dispatch Time

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, we strive to dispatch it within 1 to 3 business days. 
  • If an order is placed before 2 PM, we do our best to dispatch it the same day (subject to availability). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: This is available for all products across serviceable pin codes in India. Standard shipping times will depend on your location and the courier service used.
  • Express Shipping: For urgent deliveries, we offer express shipping options in select locations. This ensures faster delivery but is subject to the availability of service in your area.
  • High-Volume Products: Larger items such as stands, keyboards, and drum kits may require special shipping arrangements due to their size. These items may not be eligible for express shipping, and delivery timelines may be extended.

3. Delivery Expectations

  • Estimated Delivery Dates: After you input your PIN code during checkout, an estimated delivery date will be provided on the product page. While we make every effort to deliver your items within this timeframe, delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as courier issues or weather conditions, may occasionally occur.
  • Careful Handling and Testing: All musical instruments and equipment are delicate and require proper handling. Before shipping, our quality assurance team ensures that every instrument is thoroughly tested and carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit. While we may not offer lightning-fast delivery speeds, this meticulous process ensures a very low rate of transit damage.

4. Open Box Delivery

  • Available for High-Value Items: TORRINS offers Open Box Delivery for select high-value items. With this option, you can inspect the product before accepting it, ensuring you receive the exact item in perfect condition.
  • How Open Box Delivery Works:
    • If Open Box Delivery is available for your product and location, you will be notified at checkout.
    • Once the item is at your doorstep, the delivery partner will open the packaging in your presence, allowing you to inspect the product.
    • You must confirm the item’s condition and authenticity before providing the delivery partner with a One-Time Password (OTP) received via SMS to finalize the delivery.
    • If any damage, defect, or mismatch is found during the inspection, the delivery partner will raise a return request on the spot, and your order will be canceled. A refund will be initiated.
    • Please keep the product in its box until installation is completed.

5. Safety Measures

  • Package Disinfection: We prioritize your health and safety. All packages are disinfected before, during, and after packing to ensure the highest hygiene standards. This is part of our commitment to ensuring that your order arrives safely and securely.

6. Handling Shipping Delays

  • While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timelines, external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or zone-specific lockdowns may cause unavoidable shipping delays. If a delay occurs, we will keep you informed and provide the option to either wait or cancel the order for a full refund.
