I spoke to at least five different Amazon customer care executives, escalated the matter to senior representatives, and even reached the Executive Customer Relations team. Despite clearly receiving the wrong product, nobody was willing or able to provide a satisfactory resolution. I also raised the issue through the consumer helpline, but that didn't lead anywhere either.At that point I decided to contact Torrins directly, even though the mistake wasn't theirs.To my surprise, Torrins responded quickly, understood the issue immediately, and sent me the missing part required to convert my kit to the Pro version. They solved in a matter of days what Amazon's entire support structure failed to solve after multiple calls and escalations.This experience completely changed my perception of both companies. Amazon, despite being one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the world, repeatedly passed me from one representative to another without resolving a straightforward issue. Torrins, on the other hand, took ownership of a problem they didn't create and fixed it with professionalism and genuine concern for the customer.The product is excellent, but what impressed me even more was Torrins' commitment to customer satisfaction.
